at least $25 or more off these days the way everything is a fortune.

QVC sent me a whopping $10 off $200 offer, a joke too.

This is insulting.  Every other store does better, Macys you get 10 dollar rewards on 100 and sometimes that is lowered to 50, JCP is the same, Kohls has similar.  No wonder the stocks are tanking.  Not to mention the prices are out of line, the other stores have decent sales at least.

I just got a $5 "anniversary" giftcard from Kohl's today, along with a 30% discount coupon.  No need to spend $200.

I think I received the same/similar offer the OP mentions via email.

Spend $200 Get a $5 Reward  (= 2.5%), but I thought it was spend the $200 in September and receive a $5 reward to spend in October.
