I am really getting frustrated with the Q.  I ordered a clearance Kim Gravel top and they sent me an AS IS.  Now, I don't' see anything wrong with it and I will keep it but the AS IS top is $7.00 cheaper that what I paid.  GRRRRR  I called CS and she said she would turn it over to finance.  SIGH.

Next gripe:  I had to send back today a Aimee Kestenberg $150 bag (on sale) because the stitching on the fringe thingy came apart and it fell off.  Now, that's not really that big of deal and I could have kept it anyway but I figure for $150 I shouldn't have to!!

Sometimes shopping is more trouble than it's worth.

PS:  through no fault of the Q (usually)  I am finding I have been having to send back a lot.  Getting to be old.  I'm practically on a first name basis with the P.O.  Woman Frustrated

As I say, not always their fault but I'm ready to go back to brick and mortar I think...

The problem with B&M shopping, they don't carry a lot of stock. It's mostly online. Where I live, many stores sit empty. They've left.

I find that too with b&m stores. It seems like they have a lot more products online than the store. I don’t mind shopping online or in stores. One nice thing about buying online from b&m stores, I can return the items at the stores themselves if I have too. Plus I’m still supporting that store when I do keep the product. Not saying I don’t buy from non b&m places, because I do. I like different options.

@Beammeupscotty I agree. I don't think it's a little thing at all for a purse at that price point.  I would be livid and would certainly send it back.  Hope you can get a replacement if you're wanting it.

Oh for sure.  That's one of the main reasons I shop online.

@Beammeupscotty
ugh, just the worst!
i ordered and A. kenstenberg tote and they sent a purse.  i was really annoyed since it was an 'as is' and then of course they did not have the actual item that i wanted.  and as far as i know it never came back in stock.
they have sent wrong size, same item back again for an exchange... the list goes on....
frustrating.  they need  to work on their distribution apparatus for sure!!!
