Yesterday morning I ordered an Etienne Aigner handbag #A320343. Realizing it was the last day of January and I still had an *evil-pay* on request left I decided to call CS and ask if I could have it applied to that order rather than me send a check. CS said, *no problem*! As I looked on my order status this morning it says back ordered and when I went to view the item page it said, sorry all sold out!!! Yesterday morning when I originally ordered this bag there were 4 or 5 color options and all were available. What is going on????
Not a happy camper right now. I wanted to have this bag for a getaway in 3 weeks. Was all set to send check out this morning to be sure it would get here in time, but changed to credit card/evil pay thinking that would be faster. Looks like thats not going to happen!
