@San Antonio Gal Please, to know something why I really need to work there? No I don't work there I even don't live in east coast . But it is true about figures. I cannot tell you how I know , and you can believe or no , it's up to you.
And host does not pick up product , maybe can suggest sometimes. Different people responsible for products presented and what time when it will be presented.
Its whole different story . Host need to work with what given to him
And again , I don't work there and never did

Very cryptic and a lot of speculation without the original OP explaining...

I think some confusion in this thread stems from the OP deleting the initial post. I don't understand a reason for that.
Speculating about the board's continued viability seems a feeling a few posters have voiced. Perhaps, and I'm speculating, it's been because there are a few posters that seem either unaware or unwilling to follow the board's standards and guidelines.

This is the type of post when it could be helpful (and interesting) for the OP to return and clarify the intent and meaning. Rather than just delete the message body... and create confusion.

I do want to comment on the feasibility of the continued forum. Many people have said that management gets valuable feedback. Maybe - but what many complain about never changes. Also, how many times have we read where forum posters do not and have not shopped or bought anything in many years? Why is that of value to the shopping network? Yes, we have some posters who seem to have this channel and only this channel on 24 hours a day. How much do they actually purchase?
What makes me sad are the many posters who seem to have the people on this board as their main or only family and friends. For that reason alone, I hope the forums stay open. That provides no benefit to the company, but does help people who are alone and enjoy the contact with others.
I shop a lot less than in the beginning, but I have to laugh when they show the same old things and I already have them. I enjoy the cooking shows and I also like reading the recommendations about good programs to watch or books to read. Those are helpful to me, although they don't make me buy anything.

Many, many forums members mention a lot, that they haven't purchased in years. Many of us still buy, even if it's not the volume it once was. Some bash hosts, some carry on about other better places to shop.
Many DON'T have lots of family or friends. But I will say, there are some not so nice posters, but overall, there are a great many kind, compassionate people that post here. The kitchen, home and beauty catagories have a bunch of wonderful posters. We celebrate birthdays, retirements, new jobs, family, successes. We also listen when there are health, and serious issues and deaths in their lives too.
There are too many great posters to try to name, but you know who you are!
Kindness never goes out of style. I know, that many I post here with, I enjoy conversing with them, and even though this is a shopping forum, I think of them as forum friends. Just my two cents.

Put any host in the prime time slot and they will bring in business.
Actually, it's not completely correct. Hosts who work prime time slot have much higher goal to reach. Not every nost wants or can work this slot.
People who work almost all nigtes are really top producers.
QVC has different quota for different time slots
@Mlsg - Just curious - how do you know about the hosts sales quotas? That seems like only someone that works for the Q would know about.
I don't know about quotas for hosts, but I do believe they have quotas for timeslots. There has been reporting on this with vendors who bring their products to QVC for the first time. Sometimes in the graveyard slots they no longer have. The vendors have said they had to sell x quantity in x time to get another shot.

I don't know why the OP deleted her Post. If some of the Posts made me sad, I would skip them, but the part about "and I think the Forums and all Posts will soon end" maybe she is psychic.
All that's left is her signature line. It would be great if the signature line could be done in a different color to distinquish it from the Post. Sometimes it all flows together and after reading it I wonder what does it have to do with the Topic.

Here's a siggy "how to" I've shared before. In case some posters aren't sure "how to" I'll add it again here.😊
To add a siggy, on the left side of the Community under "Quick links" choose "My Settings" or "Edit my preferences."
Look under "Personal" and under that "Personal Information" to find the "Signature" field.
If you want to help the siggy stand out so it won't seem to be a part of your post, there are many formatting options.
To italicize, precede the signature with <em> and end it with </em>.
If you want the signature in bold, precede it with <b> and add </b> at the end.
If you want to be creative with the siggy and add color, this is a copy of the instructions I've been posting since we moved to the new platform:
Precede the signature with
<font color="nameofcolor">
but don't use "nameofcolor" literally... fill in the color's actual name between those quotation marks.
You can end with </font> but actually the system will fill that in for you.
Copy and paste this in your browser to see all the color names and codes (this is not a live link, so you can't click/tap):
"w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp"
As an example, here's how I typed my current siggy with HTML code (I chose to make it a cadet blue, bold, and italicized).:
<font color="cadetblue"><em><b>Few things reveal your intellect and your generosity of spirit—the parallel powers of your heart and mind—better than how you give feedback.~Maria Popova</b></em></font>
