Twice today, I've tried to order items with the app on my phone, and it says "sold out" even though the hosts are still presenting.  This happend with the Josie Maran body butter and the Josie Maran eye cream.  Then, I went to my laptop, logged onto the web page and found the eye cream was still available.  ?????

I have had that experience.  Tablet vs. laptop.  Two different availabilities in terms of colors and sizes (it was a fashion item).  I ordered off the laptop, which showed the one I wanted, and kinda sweated it out, thinking it woulld be canceled due to unavailability.  But, nope, it just was delivered.  Makes no sense..

Items marked sold out to shoppers using the app, but still available thru .com?
