I've been a Q customer since the very beginning, with mostly great experiences.  I had a problem with an order yesterday, and remembered reading here about contacting the Social Team for help.  Barb was amazing!  My concerns were handled quickly and professionally.  Thanks.

I've contacted the Social Team for my customer service needs and they took care of me right away.  I don't understand why anyone would want to go through the agony of calling Customer Service.

The QVC Social Team is THE BEST....they've helped me out with order situations and IT problems with the website too......
