So we got double dipped in orders from 12/23?!

I noticed some outstanding/pending charges, same amounts as previous charges. Just called C/S and was told a "glitch" has charged again any, she didn't say all, charges from 12/23. But, since pending will fall off.

A glitch ?  Is this really their excuse ?

 

More like a breech in their security.

No matter idea. I was curious if anyone else had "pending" charges that were duplicate amounts. I was told by the rep she had over 20 calls so far. I'm completely disgusted.

I would definitely think twice about ordering from QVC. There have been an awful lot of issues with orders placed as well as these boards. Security should be of serious concern.

That doesn’t make any sense. Pending charges don’t hang around for a month+.

The pending charges didn't 'hang around for a month+', they were RE-charged.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

As soon as I get my duplicate charge removed I will be deleting all my bank info from this website.  I'm so ****** they did this.  DONE shopping here.
