So upset the Q didn't deliver!!

I ordered my daughter a personalized necklace that i was told would be there before Christmas!! Called UPS & they checked & the item was shipped ups ground & should've been shipped ups 2nd day!! Shame on the Q for making a mistake like that when it's come's to something as important as Christmas{#emotions_dlg.mad}
