Also make sure you are talking to the right person. I called and (after waiting 5 minutes on hold) told my sad tale to the lady who told me to call the bank that does the billing and I called there and she told me to call Q!!!!! Got the good ole runaround and made me mad. Then told it was taken care of and it was not. I'm waiting to see this months bill to see if it was straighted out or MORE phone calls.What is going on at Q? Check your bill carefully!
