KiKi must have been very old for a cat.  Seems like she's been talking about her forever.  It's always sad to lose a beloved pet.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the news that our beloved Kiki peacefully went to the rainbow bridge early this morning. We loved her fiercely. She was a fiesty, funny, fabulous kitty. We were blessed to have her in our family for nearly 17 years. Many of you loved her too, and that helps us on this sad day. #heartbroken

It hurts no matter how long our pets live. The truth is, it's never long enough. I'm sure she's broken-hearted as all of us pet owners are at such a time.

All who have lost pets relate to the sorrow Jane and family feel.  It is always difficult when our pets pass and leave a void in our hearts. Condolences to Jane.
