I wanted this top in Tye Dye A391849 and when I went to order it, it shows available but when I added to cart it says "sold out."  So I kept watching and watching and watching for the last few hours.  It finally became available again but it would not let me check out because "Uh-oh! This item Seed to Style Organic Cotton Long-Sleeve Top w/ Thumbholes cannot be delivered to the provided address. This may be due to a shipping restriction or the inability to service that area. Please enter an alternate shipping address or remove the item from your cart. You may also contact Customer Service or QVC Live Help, for further assistance."

So I did live chat and she could place the order in my cart but she would have to use the default payment but I could change it later.  By the time she finally got to it, it was gone again.  Boo hoo.

@rms1954 My next door neighbor had a similar issue with an Amazon delivery early this week.  First, her tracking showed delivered but there was no package.  She signed in to solve the problem and got a message like yours and Amazon had already cancelled the order and refunded money to her account!

sometimes that could be good, but this time she really wanted whatever if was and reordered.  Don’t know the end of her story, but I do know Amazon show up often at her door,

I encountered this with QVC this morning.  I ordered a ring and had to have it shipped UPS to my street address.  I have little items sent to the PO box and I pick up mail twice a week.  The UPS guy has to make an 8 mile round trip off the main road to get back to us.  What a complete waste of gas.  I think it is a result of attempting to straighten out the bottle neck in shipping.

The vendor probably wanted confirmation of delivery, which they can't get when put in a PO Box.
