This style of boot is so beautiful, and I love the color and shape and fit...... but look at the back zippers!! How did these get past quality control? I mean... come on! 😂🤣   There is no way I would wear these to work with the zipper showing. 
They are going back for an exchange, because I do want them, but can someone please send me a quality product? I have to laugh because I bet a child could spot the defect. Oh well, they're being returned tomorrow.

I've received some items from the Q that were 'obviously" rejected at first pass.

I do not see any defect.  The boots were highly advertised as having back zippers for easy on-off.  All the boots look the same, with the zipper sewn into the leather and the stiches quite visible. 

(Maybe the lighter suede color makes the zipper area stand out in your perspective.)

Back zippers seem quite popular these days.

I see nothing wrong with them.  Are you going to exchange for another pair just like them? I wouldn't expect a dainty, fine, refined zipper with those big, clunky lug soles, if that's the complaint.

The product description states full back zip closure.  And the product video shows the exposed zipper in back.

The zippers do not match.  The right one is lower and angled.

What I see are zippers that are not centered/straight.

they look exactly like I saw them when they were presented, maybe they look different in person but that is how they are supposed to be.

Will you be always standing with your heels right together?
