Sky high shipping with a snail's pace delivery

Ok. My only recourse to my complaints about Q shipping is to take (most of) my business elsewhere. I will. But I need to add that the time to receive items is also getting ridiculous. Orders over 1 week ago are still showing in transit someplace in PA. Still haven't made it to the UPS truck. For 7 plus dollars per item to ship, customers should expect better service.
