Since the Canadian QVC tging being done…

This is the second time every single thing you try to put in your cart is marked sold out! QVC’s website is deteriorating. This happened to me last week. EVERYTHING no matter what I tried. If they do not fix this website asap, I’m finished for quite a while. This is happening now again. Last week, after knowing this was a website error, I waited for about 4 hrs and tried again. Those items I wanted were not sold out! They went into my cart. Now today it’s going on again. I’m starting to feel like all kinds of errors could be happening. They better get new technicians.

@misschristy  Can you explain your post title?  What does Canadian have to do with your post?

@misschristy I don't understand the title.  What are you talking about and what does it have to do with the website????

What does the "Canadian" reference mean?

Canada interfering with the QVC website and technology maybe is the messaging??

Anyone speak Canadian?

@misschristy  If you referenced Ontario, its in California not Canada.

Re: Since the Canadian QVC tging being done…

Okay. Several weeks ago there were articles about QVC having issues as they were expanding all over Canada. Chaos started. Those of you who didn’t know about these changes or maybe weren’t ordering at the time would not know. Technical problems started. Items that you tried to order were ALL marked sold out. Not matter what color or what size. This was happening to every single item I tried. At first it was just items I really wanted to order but it seemed like a technical glitch to me. So I tried ordering other items and the same thing was happening. Plus you were no longer getting a short time to cancel an item - it immediately went into processing. I’m sorry if my other posts were confusing. But it all had to do with the Canadian changes. At the very least, QVC could have informed their regular customers of the problems.

The items that always come up as sold out (tons of them) came back in a few hours as available. Now this morning the same thing started happening to items that definitely were not all sold out.

Also my returns aren’t showing as being received by the post office and at first I thought it was the post office but now I’m thinking it’s part of the chaos. I mailed two items back but am not getting any status on my returns.

I googled this morning re QVC and Canada and the article said that expanding all of QVC in Canada is part of the trade agreement between our two countries. But somehow this is causing a lot of technical issues at least on my phone ordering. I did find out that if it says an item is sold out that of you hit speed buy it works and starts to process the item.
