Signing up to be notified when show is on?

How do you sign up to see specific shows? Every time I try to sign up for the Denim & Co. Shows, I get an Oops 😬 message!

I keep missing shows, and already, in March, many of the summer items are already sold out!!! 😬

I never had trouble signing up for the notifications. My problem is that i never got notified when the show would be on! I gave up and now i just browse through the guide on directv and make a note of the show i want to see or just set it to record.
