The last few days when I try to sign in it says my password is wrong (it's not).  Then it says my account is locked.  Then I go to read the posts without signing in a few hours later...there I am... signed in.  Crazy.

Happened to me too, now it's fixed...on to the next frustrating glitch. Hope it's get fixed for you too @MoJoV

I don't get why I have to sign in when going to the forums if I am already signed in on the website.  Seems like a bit of unnecessary overkill if you ask me.  Anyone else experience this?

@retiredatlast ...................I asked that question a long time ago and a poster explained that they are to separate entities.

I always try a different browser with all these issues, usually works.

Took a very long time for the sign in page to load on my screen but then it took my sign in without a problem.

I had trouble a week ago, they had to put the repairmen from their end on it.  Call them if it doesn't stop.

Q's security is pretty much useless.

Sometimes I don't even have to log into qvc.com...even if it's been weeks since I last logged in. 

I have 2 different passwords - one for Q and one for forums. The one for forums always logs me into Q too so I go to Q and log out. The one for Q doesn't log me into forums. 

It's scary to think how my personal information is so easily available. I deleted my payment method so it's not out there given their lousy security.
