Should be an Option to Return Either by UPS or USPS

I was very happy when I noticed that the return labels now give an option to return either by UPS or USPS, BUT, this is not always the case. I prefer UPS, especially for large and heavy packages, as UPS will pick them up at my door. I was wapping a package for return today and noticed that this label states USPS. This package is large and heavy, and if it weren't for the defects, I would not have to return the item, so now, I have to struggle with getting this big, heavy box to the post office. I am really upset about this. WHY doesn't QVC offer both options on ALL returns, it makes NO sense to me at all that this is not the case.
