When the latest WEN TSV on March 2 s announced, I realized that I was probably not going to be in town when it arrived. So having never experienced this before, I sent a note to CS asking them if there was a way that I could delay the delivery. The advice I got was to indicated "check" as payment option. That gave me 15 days to change it to credit. This seemed like a terrific plan and that is how I worked it. Upon my return, I did what they suggested. The prefer was accepted and said that the estimated delivery date was 3/25 - great! Now I have received a note telling me that they may not be able to fulfill the order because of lack of inventory. I really do not understand that since it is a product that they have all of the time. Please tell me that this is normal business as usual and that I should not be annoyed. It just doesn't any sense to me.I see a lot of complaints on these boards and I have always felt blessed that I did not experience these types of issues. Ladies please if I am al in a dither about nothing, I will be happy to go away quietly. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
