Allie Krings put a message on her Facebook page that she accepted a job as Director of Communications for a large company in Minneapolis, but that she would still appear once in a while on Shop HQ.  She said to thank everyone for their concern and that she would let us know in advance when she would be on Shop HQ (most likely at night or on the weekend).  She is a lovely host, sweet and very good at her job.
