Shipping time!

So I'm usually not the kind to complain about shipping times or cost, but it's been 10 days since my item was shipped and I still don't have it. This has been happening with the last few items that I purchased, seems a bit ridiculous to me. Yhis may be what makes me quit shopping with the Q!
