Shipping time and cost is ridiculous QVC!

I just contacted customer service again-an in-stock item is still sitting 'in-process' FIVE days after I placed my order. The product is supposed to be a birthday present-and only a miracle will get it here on time now.

I usually don't complain about shipping times-but seriously, this is getting ridiculous! QVC is charging top-dollar for shipping, and providing terrible service. So many companies (most, in fact) are doing it better (faster shipping) and cheaper (many times FREE!).

Shopping with a company that named itself for offering 'Quality, Value, and Convenience' should NOT be so frustrating.
