New shipping vehicle (Narvar) is incredibly unreliable!  Anyone agree?  Look it up one day and get MONDAY....look the next day..., FRIDAY!  Aggravating!

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

I'd be happy if QVC could just get their shipping notifications coordinated properly with itself.

I got a Q email just this morning that an order is coming on one day, then checked My Account and that says it's coming a different day.

I don't understand why people expect any carrier to be so exact. We never know what problems may occur - like the Memphis hub for FecEx was down the other day.

We're heading into holidays and winter so hold on.

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

Totally agree. I just had an incident very recently too!
On Narvar, my package message said the label was printed by UPS but they never received the package-

I called Q CS and they cancelled the order, (which was appropriate, &appreciated but I really, really wanted that sweater)-

Anyway, a happy surprise- it arrived yesterday!  I was shocked-  So, bottom line, Narvar information seems to be incorrect or incomplete...

I don't check the status of a package daily.  I just wait for the package to arrive.

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

Its not just QVC and Narvar, when a package is shipped to me from Amazon using Narvar it takes days to get the package.

I try my best not to order anything shipped from the supplier but that is not always possible.

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

Just FYI, although Narvar offers other services, QVC only uses it as a tracking communication tool; it interacts with the courier systems to pull the information that is presented from the order tracking page. As noted elsewhere, the details are often lagging or out of order, so I've learned to ignore it and go straight to the source for delivery updates.

I highly recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery and UPS MyChoice (and FedEx Delivery Manager, if you get packages through that courier) so you will always be up to date about packages headed to your address. These services are free, easy to sign up for, and provide accurate delivery details and notifications:

USPS: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action
UPS: https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page
FedEx: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html

(And if you're interested, you can sign up for UPS MyChoice Premium, which allows you to automatically have SurePost packages delivered via UPS without the handoff to the USPS. It costs $19.99 per year, but if you have a lot of packages coming via this service, it could be worth the cost to receive deliveries a bit more quickly.)

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

I don't know (yet) about receiving packages from Narvar/QVC, but I sure have found out about sending something back! For two days I have been trying to print a return label (for my pricey FireLight pendant that Q dropped the price on just a couple weeks after I bought it on Gem Day).  I tried numerous times on different browsers, I tried on my Mac, my Windows laptop, and my Android phone  Couldn't print a return label because I kept getting a "redirect to Narvar" message from Q then the return info was "stuck" on the same page, again and again. Just now I got an email "complete your Narvar profile. Manage your deliveries, returns and notification preferences across a network of retailers".  NO!!  I don't want some unheard-of company/site "handling" my retail shopping.  I am surprised at QVC for essentially forcing this down our throats.  I see this as an invasion of privacy.  Just IMHO

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

I found the new NARVAR system frustrating. UPS often hands over the delivery to USPS. Old system I could see in tracking when it was being transferred to PO and could expect deleivery in another day or two. Now, NARVAR says it is out for delivery, when in fact in might be delivered and it might be in transit to the PO. Compounded by the fact that UPS all of a sudden won't leave the package (too much theft to deal with) if I am not home. and they take it to a "pick-up" center for me to have to drive out and pick up. If the tracking and "out for delivery" was reliable, it would make this mess so much easier. Old system was better!

Re: Shipping method…NARVAR

I just used the NARVAR return system for the first time.  Where you  have the option to have the return label sent to UPS center or PO for printing.  I waited a long time in line to find out that they never received a label, not aware of the system. No way to go back to the order and have it resent. Not happy that I had to go back to QVC and start the process from scratch.
