Shipping label printed & then went to Back Order

I ordered 3 Mark Zunino tops, all @ the same time, & on the 2nd. day the labels were printed. On the 4th day the entire order (3 tops) went into backorder & according to Cust. Serv. probably the entire order will be canceled. What gives???

Backorder probably means the Q will wait for return merchandise & then send the returns out to other customers.

I'm becoming very disgusted with QVC & it has a lot to do with the QUALITY of their merchandise. And the fact that I receive other peoples returns.
