I recently placed a QVC order for shoes I later saw on another web store for at least 10$ cheaper with two day, free shipping so I tried to cancel my QVC order I had placed less than 24 hours earlier.  I could not cancel becuse it was "in process."  A week later I was told the item was actually back-ordered so then I could cancel my order. 

Now, a week ago I ordered one IT makeup product.  I checked status and the shiiping info has been given to USPS.  Wow.  It will be at least another week before it gets here.

I once took a QVC return to the post office.  I was told off the record that QVC items are very low priority. 

I now only buy from QVC if it is something I absolutelu feel I have to have and can't get anywhere else.  The slow shipping, paying shipping both ways if you return....just not worth it.

I place an order for Denim and Co. on Nov. 1 and it is still in process.   I was going to cancel and of course, I can not.   This item is suppose to be delivered on the 11th, so they may send UPS.  What a waiting game!

I don't order from QVC that often anymore however I don't recall an order ever taking this long to ship and arrive.

The order was placed on November 1 with an estimated delivery date of November 6.  I received notification that the order shipped on November 6 however it was not actually shipped; the status was billing information received.   As of November 8 the status is in transit to a UPS facility (Rocky Mount) and there is no update for today. 

If I had known it would take this long I wouldn't have placed the order!

I have two or three orders that say they were shipped on Nov 5 with an EDD of Nov 11. I find it hard to believe that Q thinks that USPS will deliver my packages on a national holiday when USPS is closed.

What is Lasership ? Is that UPS or USPS ? Thanks !

Lasership is neither UPS nor USPS....it is an additional logistics transportation company we are currently using in addition to UPS and USPS.
