Shipping differences on same items

I ordered the same Cuddl Duds top, same size, in three colors on Jan 21.  I received one of the colors three days ago; one is shipping today; and one color still says processing even though all three are still listing as "in stock."  Does anyone know why the same top in multiple colors ship weeks apart?  This is really terrible customer service.  Do different colors ship from different centers?  This makes no sense at all.  Or do they do this to justify charging three shipping charges?

You would be charged 3 shipping charges regardless of from where they were shipped or when.  There could be many reasons why they were sent at different times.  Not all garments in the same size and color are kept at the same location.

I ordered two of the same item (not clothes) on the same day.

 

They were shipped from different warehouses hundreds of miles apart.  One was shipped immediately and one took longer to get out.
