Shipping changes

What's up with the box indicating changes in shipping.  I've been reading this for at least over a month.   What's up with that?

@Sadie45 - If you're referring to the "apology graphic" at the top of the main forum section, differing versions of it have been posted for almost nine months now. Some changes have been and are being made to the shipping process, but there are still quite a few problems with some vendors and products shipping in a timely manner.
