I mailed a package "2-day Priority" from Phoenix to Naples, FL on October 25.    According to the tracking, as of today......it's in Chicago...........

@Kachina624   Nope......only what comes with Priority Mail.   The funny part of this...........it was a book my cousin wanted, and I found it in a thrift store for three bucks.    I'd print out the the tracking and demand my $12.40 back from the postmaster........... but it just isn't worth it during the Christmas rush.......I'd be in line for an hour.

OMG, @Desertdi!  That's beyond ridiculous!  If you have time and energy after Christmas and if it's been delivered by then, it might be fun/interesting to print out the journey and send it to the USPS.

But even as I wrote that, part of me was saying, "What's the use?"

I don't know if you get anything with priority mail besides tracking.

Finally, this experience is more evidence that no good deed goes unpunished.

@Desertdi  Maybe your package is in the "See America First"  program.   If that's Priority Mail,  I'd hate to see Parcel Post.

@Kachina624    Well, the counter guy at the PO hefted the package and said, "Is this a book?"     I said, "Yeah, but I want it to get there."

What a joke..........     This package has been to Memphis, and Tampa TWICE (close, but not quite)........and now Chicago.

@Kachina624    There's a "tell us your experience" phone number on the bottom of my receipt............I haven't tried it yet (actually, I think it just might be a survey number).    What I don't understand is if they can't find Naples, FL, why don't they just return it to me (??)
