Ordered the TSV back in Sept for the Russell Stover candy in tins with a ship week of 11-9 and arrives by 11-17. This order has not even shipped and I can still cancel it. This is terriible!!!

@BalletBabe. I ordered three different food products to be shipped 11/2. All shipped and arrived right on schedule. Contact the mods to check on your order: Include your order #. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

@Kachina624 I just sent them an email. I hate bothering them again. This is nuts. I can still cancel the order and that tells me it hasn't moved. So frustrating! Thanks@Kahchina

@BalletBabe. It's probably being shipped by the vendor, as all of mine were.

@Kachina624 I got a hold of Kinski and she said they are having issues with shipping delays. So it is most likely the Vendor. Tis the season to be stressed Fa la la la la LOL

I'm having the same issue, but with a different product.
I had an advanced order of Rastelli's Filet Mignon that was supposed to be shipping by 11/6. I have called QVC two times already and they don't have answers. I was told the first time that it was shipping within 24 hours, but it never did. I then received an email saying it would ship by a different date. It didn't. I called on Sunday and was told that I would hear from the vendor, but I haven't. I know it's not QVC's fault, but I'm still disappointed.
I can still cancel the order too, but we already bought these steaks over the summer and they were so good. My husband LOVED the Chimichurri butter it came with. We also ordered their recent TSV for 12/7, but it's a different seasoning. At this point I'll have more filets than I'll know what to do with, but I'm afraid to cancel this order in case the 12/7 order doesn't ship either. I was really counting on having these and putting them in my freezer in case things get crazy again this winter. UGH.

I received my steaks on time. Have not tried yet. Maybe you will still receive.

I think we all need to expect there could be delays, missing orders, backorders and glitches. It is going to happen to someone sadly.
All vendors are doing their best and shipping as fast as they can AND still remain within the working guidelines each state has imposed. Distancing workers IS going to have an affect on productivity.
They are relying on this business as many have lost other portions of their sales.
The shippers are doing their best. UPS, Fedex, Amazon, USPS are seeing volumes of shipping like never before.
The entire 'online and ship' world has been thrown into chaos with this virus.
If something I order does not arrive, I will not fuss, I will not make myself crazy.
Our local news is predicting shortages of Thanksgiving food items this year. Yams, pots etc.
So if I don't have them for my meal, I will STILL be Thankful to Him for whatever is on my plate and Thankful for my health. Others are not as fortunate. I will not tantrum over a missing Pumpkin Pie, LOL.

As luck would have it, I just received my shipping confirmation for the steaks this morning. Talk about a coincidence! 😊
