I placed an order last Sunday (August 24th) and was charged. The item was available and allegedly shipped to the UPS facility the same day, with an estimated arrival of August 28th. It's now September 2nd and still no word (and little help when I contacted customer service).

Last time, I placed an order for another item that was in stock and ready to ship. It was "in processing" at QVC for over a week. I called to cancel and for some reason they couldn't do that. Then miraculously the item was shipped within the hour.

I don't know if QVC has changed its shipping procedures, but I've been ordering from them a long time and never had these problems in the past. I will think long and hard before I order again!

the shipping is quite strange....and no rhyme or reason....I have leaned that if I am going to order...then I have to deal with it....but I make sure what I order...is not something I really ""need"" in a small window of time...

I am sorry you are having shipping problems...hope it gets straightened out for you....

This does not seem outrageous. This was ordered Sunday, and the label was printed that day. It did not go to UPS that day as nothing leaves the warehouse on the weekend.

It likely did not leave Monday as QVC (and most companies) rarely offer 24-hour turnaround. UPS does not deliver weekends or holidays, so it will likely arrive in a few days.

Remember, we are buying nonessentials from a shopping channel -- not heart medication.

I have become so aggravated with QVC shipping that I have almost stopped ordering anything. For the past year or so, anything that I order with regular non-UPS shipping does not arrive at my home. Now I always make sure to upgrade shipping to the UPS option. It's a funny thing to me that they can immediately charge my credit card, but can't deliver the goods in a reasonable amount of time. I don't have this problem with other online companies--just QVC.

I placed the order on August 24th; the estimated arrival date (QVC's choice, not mine) was August 28th. It's September 3rd and it's still "in processing". Not sure if you work for QVC, UPS, or just have very low expectations when you're told something. No it's not heart medication, but it is a shower mat for my elderly mother who has fallen twice in the shower. Thanks for your concern.
