About the only thing I buy is WEN and it's always fast.

I ordered 2 items on July 23rd, today is August 2nd, I have been checking the order status for 5 days on these items, can't cancel or track the items. Only say's can't cancel or make changes at this time, preparing your order. If items haven't been shipped why can't I cancel the order? I just talked with QVC chat, I got this answer; items will be shipped in 4 days, what? it's already been 11 days. I couldn't get an answer to why the items haven't been shipped yet or why I couldn't cancel the items or why it still say's preparing your order. I'm not a happy camper at all. Whatever changes have been made at QVC, it' not working out. I understand how things can happen sometimes, but this has been going on too long. I have been a QVC customer for almost 30 years and have never seen anything like this. For the last few years this is NOT the best place to shop anymore. The only thing I can say is, I am through as of today!

Yes, I do think some people do not know what they are doing.
