Re: Shipping - I hope I have now learned a lesson

I feel your pain but at least it wasn't about $21 to look at a purse. Hope this is lesson learned for me. The $3 shipping and then needing to return is nothing compared to what I stupidly paid to have this purse shipped to me. NO WAY it cost anywhere near that for the Q to ship it to me.

If you receive an item at full price and in a few weeks it goes on clearance, contact customer service, they will refund you the difference. They have for me.

I usually just donate  to Goodwill rather than  pay return shipping. Write it off on my taxes as a donation. I rarely order any more because shipping return costs are a joke.

@QPrincess,  You may want to check out Kate Spade handbags on sale and sign up for emails because they offer discounts on sale items and free shipping.  Radley of London also has handbags on sale and I believe free shipping with $100 purchase.  I just bought a $300 bag for $83 on sale with 30% discount & free shpg.  It is beautiful.  I bought it at Kate Spade.Cat Happy

@QPrincess

you learn real quick to be absolutely sure of size, color, etc. when you realize it cost you $10-12 to just "try on"  .... ask me I know🙄😡

I never ordered another clothing or shoe again from Q.  Too many other online retailers who offer "free return shipping" or have store to exchange/return in my area!

Yep...same here......

I haven't returned anything in a year, but I bought 2 tops that weren't as nice as I thought that they would be.......I am just keeping them.

I'll wear then around the house a few times and then donate them.

Re: Shipping - I hope I have now learned a lesson

What I do now is.... I WAIT until I am CLOSE to the 30 day mark, say around day 20 or day 22 and then I return ALL THE ITEMS IN ONE BIG BOX.  To my understanding that makes it one return shipping.

BUT To do this process you need to:

1) keep all the items in their plastic or box.

2) insert your return information INSIDE each pastic bag and TAPE IT CLOSED

So if the item drops on the floor in the warehouse, your return information is inside the package

3) Write clear instructions on each item -

Return - Refund to Credit Card

  Return - Exchange for Item A1100 - Color Black - Size 1X

This process to me saves money, I used to return everything seperatly until a QVC Sister posted her process a few years ago.

WEll I hope this helps!!!
