Why is a salesperson dressed like that to sell stuff on QVC? It doesn't make any sense to appear on TV with a bare shoulder dress. All other hosts are dressing in clothes appropriate for this weather and their job descriptions.

Because it's stylish and Shawn is stylish.  She's inside - not doing an outside remote.

Do you watch your local or network news?  The female news anchors have been wearing sleeveless dresses in winter weather for years.  It's just the fashion.

Yes they do and they like to wear the lower cut styles too.I am always surprised to see them do that with who knows who viewing.

I didn't see the show, but a bare shoulder dress reminds me of something one would wear in the summer, @BirkiLady.
