Thats the truth! She talks a lot....about herself, what she and the hubs are up to, etc. Rarely, if ever does she give pertinent details about the item she's presenting. Maybe her storytelling is working for her.

@ellaphant I don't have a tablet and my old and limited space cell phone, thru the Rakuten app, does not show me details. Customers should not have to run and turn on their computers to find out details of something they are interested in buying. When selling pants, Shawn will often say Regular, Petite and Tall. Well if the Regular is 31" (as some are), that is too long for me. If she is more interested in telling stories than giving details, then she is not doing her job.

Whenever they start with those convoluted "stories", I find them entertaining but totally turn me off to buying the product because it sounds so much like a selling tactic. But the stories give me a chuckle.
