Speaking for myself, I blame myself for my lack of knowledge about planets and stars! I know I was taught about planets in grade school, but I don't remember all that much of what I learned. Science and math were the hardest subjects for me. But history and English literature were my favorites and I still enjoy both to this day.

I also agree. So many people on her FB page are defending her tooth and nail, because, well, she can do no wrong in their eyes. The problem I saw with this little moon thing is the way Shawn acted toward Isaac, with that tone she gets when she has to be right. And if you saw her little beginning with Isaac this morning, she also got that tone. Not every person knows every single thing, and that's the way it is, but it's the WAY the situation is handled that's important. She belittled Isaac with her tone, getting louder to talk over him, and that was wrong. Lisa would have handled that situation with class and eased her guest out of that convo and back into his featured cardigan. THAT is what Shawn had complete control over - the way she handled the situation - not that they both didn't know. It's not always about being right or proving your point, sometimes it's simply about making another person feel okay with an event.

Exactly what I said. The people that don't like Shawn don't need much of a reason to put her down. I also remember when Jay Leno used to stop people on the street and ask them simple grade-school questions about history and they didn't know the answer -- and most of them were in college or college graduates!

ITA! The level of professionalism has fallen. Sadly, it reminds me of a Beavis and Butt-head episode. It is hard to believe that QVC wants Shawn to take over as their fashion guru. I feel bad for Jane T. and the other talented, stylish, and professional hosts. Shawn should have handled the situation in a professional manner rather than belittling IM for not knowing something that she was clueless about.

Both Shawn and Isaac shamed QVC today. That should be enough to never let them work together again. Isaac needs a host with class to work with him, someone to add professionalism to the show. That will never be Shawn. I don't care how smart she wishes she was. Having a thimble full of knowledge on one subject doesn't make you smart. Her vocabulary is so small, she has to resort to making up words. An educated person has a vocabulary larger than a toddler. Can't watch either of them.

It's not surprising at all. They all have the need to talk and talk and talk until they whip themselves into a frenzy and say something totally stupid or improper. And "poor Jane Tracey" talks her own share of silliness, like being the face of Aerosol. Don't even get me started on Graver.

Sandra Bennett should do Issac's shows AND PM Style!!!!!!! She and Isaac get along well, and she is very beautiful, classy, and professional. This cutesy arguing that Shawn and Isaac have been doing for months was a disaster waiting to happen. Now the whole world knows how stupid Shawn's schtick is!
