I liked her much better as a blonde. Now, with her strange striped hair and all the dark eye make-up she wears, I do not think its a pretty look at all. With her hair, her eyes, and the weird black dress and shoes she always wears, she is more like a Goth teenage girl instead of a grown-up women with a sense of Style.

Sometimes she will try on a color while on air, and whatever it is, she looks wonderful! Wish she would update her look and wear some Spring colors.

Between her dark and light hair that covers her face, her too dark eye makeup and the huge glasses she often wears that reflect way too much, it's almost like she is hiding. Why don't the hosts get anti-reflective lenses? Or are the lights too bright for that to help?

It's not just the hair that's tood dark. To me her foundation seems very dark also. Combine that with the doo dark eye makeup, and the nude lipstick she sometimes wears (although not as much as before), the dark framed glasses, and the result is that her whole look just seems too dark.

I get that she's funky; I'm funky too. But I think she needs to do some tweaking.

She still wears very light lipstick and the striped hair with roots is probably going nowhere. I asked in Beauty a few weeks ago are roots acceptable on blonde hair and was told in no uncertain terms that they most definitely are. As far back as Madonna they are acceptable according to one poster.

Shawn is Shawn and I think she likes looking edgy. It's probably appealing to the younger people who tune into QVC that don't like traditional style. I also suspect she is a big seller for QVC, so I doubt she will be changing anything much anytime soon.

I never see the "edge". It seems to be a pile-on of styles. To each his own, I guess, but I would never describe this look as "edgy".
