@antlor .......no criticism here, I also watch for Chelsea, and the show itself, which is usually a fun and uplifting one.........but I find Shawn consistently inappropriate and ignorantly rude in her behavior and comments. She seems to think that she's "oh so cool"......she's not, she's over fifty and it's time for her to grow up.

Unless you're the etiquette police, why didn't you simply turn off the channel?  Better yet if you're continually finding Shawn's behavior unacceptable to you, why do you watch?

@SEGardener  -  This was discussed on Facebook and the forums on how inappropriate it was.  If you think what Shawn said was okay, then you're probably in the minority.  

Changing the channel or turning it off does not help the Q with sales.

I totally agree.  I saw that show and was going to comment on here but did not see any other comment so I thought I better not say anything.  

I agree that if you just turn off the show then how will the Q know what we think.  She is always rude and obnoxious.  I felt really bad for the other young girl.  You can bash all you want but this is not something a good host should be doing.

I just cannot watch her.  She is so into herself and neglects her professionalism towards hosts and viewers.  I view online to see what has been on her shows...

I did send a comment to "feedback" regarding how rude Shawn was during that show and for the first time ever, I didn't receive a response to my comments. Usually I receive an email message that my comments are appreciated and will be passed on to the appropriate department.
QVC needs to do better and the customers still watching deserve better.

@Desertdi   I agree.  Also, tact is a lost art.  With reality, and leadership higher up it's like a reality show mentality sometimes.  People feel like they have a right to,p to express their opinion, anytime, to whom ever they please, and the more public the better. I think, hopefully, the tide will turn in a few years. We were all taught etiquette and how to interact in society in school. But they haven't done that in years,  kids are lucky to learn basics RRR. 

as far as Shawn goes.  I don't watch television anymore, I shop online.  But seems like maybe her filter is slow on the uptake. I think she is the type who may regret things she says right after.  I don't think it's malicious.  Maube a malfunction. Lol

Maybe since she met Sir Elton, her ego is inflated and she gets to do whatever she wants now.  I agree with @Desertdi, manners are dying out, sadly.

@mspemberley   I may be wrong, but I have experienced sometimes when I don't get a replay right away, there is a reason. Especially if I am familiar with system they have used in last.   They may realize something needs to be addressed by higher ups with the "faux pas".   They might might pass on your email, or wait for go ahead. If indeed this is what happened, the studio may realize it, and they are addressing it. They wouldn't tell you, or anyone this of course .  You could cut and paste a copy of last email and send again incase they were slammed that day, and email was buried.  Jmho

I tuned in late and see Justin is the side kick tonight.   Did they give a reason why Chelsea is not on? Wouldn't blame her if she is avoiding Shawn, since she was insulted by her.
