I agree! I do like Alberti but over enthusiastic at times. I just eyeroll and change the channel. Sometimes too much.

@Just Bling My mom made pie crust cookies too with the leftover dough. She would get fancy and twist the dough. She used lard also. There was nothing better to me, as a kid, to have my mom's creations. Amazing that this lady made a viable business out of it. Good for her!
My mom also made cookies with the extra dough. We'd fill with jam or cinnamon & sugar. Delicious! I'd buy those cookies...

My mom would use the pie crust scrapes too-she sprinkled cinnamon/sugar on them---OMgosh they such a treat. Mom made a pretty good pie crust too--nice memory for me--thanks
