Their schedule is fine.  You should make sure you have it set to the right time zone.

The schedule I'm looking at right now is correct and works fine for me.

@Roz123456 It's correct. Check the time zone. There's nothing wrong with it.

@Roz123456 - If you find that the information in the program guide doesn't match what you are seeing on your screen, provide more detail when you come here to post about it so we can help you figure out the problem. For example, tell us, "The program guide for QVC2 listed a Susan Graver show at 10:00, but I'm seeing Gourmet Holiday instead."

Sharing the channel, time, and show information allows all of us to check for errors in each of those categories in our view. We may discover that you're looking at the guide for Eastern Time, but you live in the Central Time zone, so you need to switch the zone menu or know that the programs will be one hour different in their air times.

Or we may discover that you're correct and the guide is incorrect—I have noticed many discrepancies in the website's daily program guide for QVC2 over the past month regardless of which time zone was selected. I was surprised to turn on QVC2 a few times and find that they were in the middle of a show I would have watched if I'd known about it, but it wasn't listed in the guide for that day at all.

And it continues to be annoying that the non-Eastern Time program guides (both daily and weekly) almost always have improperly aligned layouts, resulting in times not being properly connected to shows and the end of the day being a blank space; this sometimes indicates the times shifted up/back in the grid and sometimes indicates that the guide is pulling from the Eastern Time grid and thus is set up for the day already being over and therefore having no programs to show. These layout issues have been happening for several months now, ever since one of the "upgrades" applied to the overall website.

Anyway, I know this was quite a novel, but I hope at least some of it helps the OP, and I also hope it illustrates to those who constantly come and tell people they're wrong that there are multiple factors to consider—sometimes user error is involved, but there are a lot of problems with the way this website is and has been developed that lead to daily issues for a lot of people.

@Roz123456  Do you mean your cable company guide on your TV?  Or the QVC Program Guide here online?  QVC cannot fix your cable company's guide.

The cable TV guide sometimes gets out of sync with QVC's Program Guide because the cable company can never be as quick to make up to date changes, or they just get old information.

Once in awhile I notice my cable guide has a different program listed for QVC or some other channel than what is   being aired on that channel in that specific time slot. Turned on the other day to see a clothing show, but that's not what was being aired. Oh, well. Turned it back off.

Have a Great Day!

Y'all is a mostly southern expression meaning "you all".
