[Caaareful Shopper]

Through today's AM Style and Saturday Morning Q, I've seen several live breaks to this year's Beauty Bash.   I never had a temptation to go, but it does look like QVC did a great job of getting lots of people there, and having guest speakers like Jamie Kern Lima, Chaz Dean, Peter Thomas Roth, Ryan Seacrest, etc. 

Their main host for all these live segments, Elise Ivy, is terrific!  Not just today, but I've noticed since she's been back from the now-defunct Beauty iQ channel, Elise has become a wonderful host on the regular channels.  She does her homework and she's delightful. 

With all the negative posts thrown at QVC (and some are well deserved), I think they have a positive ray of hope in hosts like Elise. Of course, just my opinion only.

From the little bit I saw of the Beauty Bash, it did look like fun. I love to watch CC an EI, great young hosts, a breath of fresh air, makes me remember what it was like to be young and excited about fashion and beauty. I hope these women get their own shows soon, I'm so sick of the same old same old.

I just wonder how much this whole event cost for the benefit of so FEW of their customer base to have the opportunity to attend....And sure what QVC is thinking after they use up that sample kit they got by buying a ticket, they will be sure to re-order from us...but will the expense justify the means?????😒  Maybe free shipping events rather than easy pay would probably actually result in more sales....

It reminds of when LR went to NYC for "NY Fashion Week"....and QVC shows were not produced from or near the event, but from a studio in NYC with.....get this...cardboard backdrops of the NYC city skyline...they could have done that from West Chester, PA.......😆
