SUGGESTION FOR TOO FREQUENT TSV ALERTS

I'm with the rest who don't like the TSV presentations shown as an hour show, maybe repeated all night or plugged into all shows all day every 20 minutes.

Can the TSV be run quickly along the bottom of the screen...like an emergency alert...every 1/2 hour or so on the rare chance someone missed it? At least it wouldn't interrupt the regular programming.

Running a banner is not a presentation and for those that didn't see the full presentation would need more info.  Besides, I would find it annoying and distracting.

@blackhole99   Even if I flew a plane w/ sky writing over the Q corporate offices, they wouldn't get the message.

@rms1954  I'm assuming anyone who didn't see the initial presentation could look at the item number and check it out online...most likely w/ complete info and video.

Re: SUGGESTION FOR TOO FREQUENT TSV ALERTS

Agree, an hour-long presentation of anything is way way too long.  If that's what it takes to sell a product, the product is not one that is appealing.  IMO QVC has ruined the entire concept of a TSV.  Anyone else remember years ago when there was suspense up to midnight when there was a 10-1 countdown and then it was revealed?  That was quite fun I thought and always kept me up to watch.  No longer do I need to.  Of course, back then, TSV's were usually totally new and also lots more jewelry.  Now with TSVs being so repetitive and worn out, they might as well do without IMO.  Please someone reinvent the TSV concept for us long-time viewers!!!

Wouldn't the vendor be disappointed that they couldn't give their sales pitch several times during the day?  I would assume that they maybe pay QVC for that privilege.

@just wonder   I'm thinking I've seen the TSV "previewed"...a sneak peak...during a 10PM show sometimes for Q2 or a Beauty IQ Steal and not even the next day!!! D&B bags have been given a preview of what's to come NEW (?) over the weekend.

I guess I'm missing the point of why it matters if QVC presents a particular product for the the entire hour.  I can understand that if they don't have similar items that go with the TSV theme.  I would think that would be an advantage for people tuning in and out to catch their featured item of the day.  I tend to not watch any of the day if they have a sales theme I'm not interested in.  Sure no big deal to me.

I don't care for the banners scrolling across the screen. They are annoying. The TSVs must be purchased in much larger quantities than years ago. They have enough to not only show it for at least half the day but also have it offered for the following two days.

I liked the days when the TSV was presented the first 10 minutes of each new show. If one wanted to see it, you knew when to tune in, and same if not interested, and there was still a 50-minute show to enjoy. They also did not have a vendor and two hosts all trying to tell us something at once or acting silly, so in that 50 minutes a lot of products were shown with pertinent information. I think when internet shopping became the norm, Q management decided folks would look online for details and the hosts could skip the details and instead regale us with stories about their private lives.
