Sooooo many items are described as "ALMOST LIKE" something or other. I don't care if something is "ALMOST LIKE" whatever. I just care what it IS.

I never hear a product described as "sick".  Can't imagine a context in which they use it.

There are certain words to which buyers react favorably.  QVC knows what they are so wisely uses them repeatedly.

@Kachina624  SK uses "sick" sometimes when presenting anything from clothes to cosmetics to electronics. I never hear it used in my daily life anywhere, lol.

@Kachina624   "Sick" is urban slang and means amazing, impressive, excellent.

Younger people liked to say it, years ago.  I don't think anyone except Shawn still uses the term anymore.  It shows her age instead of doing what she thinks it's doing.

It's like when Leah says, check her "Insta" for her Instagram account.  No one has called it Insta for many years.

The worst one they use is STINKIN' CUTE. I hate that one. Makes me think of dirty diapers when I hear it.
