She loves all the creepy compliments from the guys and loves flaunting her belly button ring in mid 40's - BIZZARO!!! She will be showing it off in a few months and will soak in all those creepy guys comments.
Also, she is just always foolishly throwing out the latest fads on what to have. Some of the foods she touts are very high in oxylates/lechtins that Dr. Gundry warns against, as they are like crystals to attack joints, blood, especially our kidneys and can get kidney stones. She can get dangerous with her recommendations, as everyone's genes, blood, DNA, & bodies are different.
The FDA def wouldn't be fond of her. It should be considered malpractice to give such advice or to charge for such without a valid medical license. All these online certified 'health coaches" are hogwash and are putting people at risk with their uneducated fads and fruit loop ideas and advice! I am in disbelief that her and Jennifer are going to capitalize off all these gullible souls.
Did you catch her recent livestream where she and her doctor friend told people not to take statins?
She claims to want to partner with physicians, but then pulls a stunt like that! How is undermining your doctor's expertise and a patient's confidence being a "partner?" It's ok to advocate for yourself as a patient, and it's absolutely appropriate to ask questions, do your research and even refuse certain treatments/medications, but then be aware that your doctor may decide not to be your doctor anymore. They assume the risk for their patients' well-being and THEY will be the ones who get sued if the patient has a complication, as they ought to be.
Decent doctors and frankly, ANY doctors are hard to find, nowadays. If you lose your doctor because of Kerstin's advice, a possibility she never even considers, you may have to wait several months or even a year to get another appointment. What then happens to your medication refills if you have a chronic condition? Kerstin isn't going to prescribe them.
Kerstin has NO license, NO knowledge (in fact, she's only spouting whatever she hears online from other influencers,) and no education in biology, science, anatomy and physiology, nothing. And honestly, if she ends up killing someone, I doubt she even has malpractice insurance, so that poor person's family is going to have to go after her house and her retirement/pension/savings in order to be compensated for the harm she is doing. I sure wouldn't want to be her when this happens.
How pathetic. You can't stand her and yet follow her! Sad!
I could say the same for you. Sad!
@Suziqzee I don't " follow" people I don't like and then post publicly how awful they are. You and the other Q hens that tear down hosts for years are pathetic. Nothing wrong w Kerstin, Jen, Lisa or Pati. They just happen to be pretty, slender women you all are jealous of.
Yet you ALWAYS comment on posts like mine that YOU don't like. Hypocrite much?
I'm not jealous at all. Stop projecting YOUR insecurities upon others. Why would I hate them because they are slender? I actually love Patti, Jen and Lisa. I have a problem with Kerstin because she pretends to be a health expert and gives out dangerous, life threatening advice. As a health care worker in the field for many years, yes, I take issue with this.
She also pretends to be a Christian while enjoying the attention of fetishists and perverts, and I do NOT follow her. I wouldn't give her the satisfaction. As a Christian, I find her offensive, hypocritical and phony.
I guess if YOU see someone doing something potentially harmful to others, you prefer to just ignore them, but some of us like to call out bad behavior in others when we think it could harm our fellow humans.

@ellaphant I apologize, but I don't see anything wrong with @Suziqzee 's rant. Kerstin is going to end up causing great harm to someone's health or God forbid worse with some of her wackadoodledoo ideas. Cold Plunging isn't for everyone and neither is fasting. Both have risks/dangers with people of certain ages or health conditions. Same goes for smearing beef fat/tallow all over skin when going in the sunlight.
Kerstin is really lucky she hasn't been scolded by FDA. She really should tone it down, rather than pound the table and thump about what we should or shouldn't consume or activities to do. Leave it to the experts and hopefully she concentrates on family life, her book writing and her faith now that she is retired from QVC. The health and wellness industry of advising/preaching/coaching is NOT for her.

Exactly. And not only for the protection of anyone Kerstin might harm, but for Kerstin, herself, and her family.
Google "Capati vs Crunch Fitness" (or 'Gym Killed My Wife: suit') and see how easy it is for a health coach to kill someone, then lose in court to the tune of 4 MILLON dollars! And that's just ONE example from 1999.
A health coach with NO medical training doesn't know what she doesn't know. Telling people not to take statins, or to ingest salt supplements, do cold plunges or a take a certain amount of magnesium (all things I've heard and seen Kerstin do,) could literally kill someone. In some states you can even go to jail for practicing medicine without a license.
If such things don't terrify Kerstin, they sure terrify me, on her behalf.

I wonder what happened to the "Consult your doctor before you begin any diet or exercise program" warning. I remember seeing commercials on television for diet products and at the end there was a disclaimer stating to check with your doctor before starting this program. I guess that is no longer a requirement when giving health advice.

It's supposed to be, always, but even if someone like Kerstin remembers to give that disclaimer, she can still be held responsible for manslaughter if someone dies after following her advice. I say "manslaughter" because I'm not sure if it's even malpractice, given she does not have a license to practice, in the first place.

Oh, wait, Kerstin is spreading bad medical advice and crazy "alternative" cures with no scientific credibility?
She could work with Robert Kennedy Jr. or Dr. Mehmet Oz, two charlatans currently running the American health system.
Prepare your resume, K!
Scary, isn't it?
She is claiming on her recent podcast that a doctor told her that black spots on her mother's brain meant stress. That's not what black spots even mean, so she's clearly embellishing. And the fact that she's milking her mother's death with dementia and using it to drum up business for herself is kind of mercenary.
