I purchased three of the Isaac Mizrahi TSV's as Christmas gifts on September 1st. One shows it finally shipped -- the other two are still "in process." I just called customer service and was told they will check with the warehouse on the two that haven't shipped. And then I was told it takes FOUR DAYS to hear back from the warehouse!!
Really? Four days to get an answer on why something that should have already shipped hasn't shipped?!?!? Geez. Just makes me shake my head.

Well isn't that just the icing on the cake... They seriously need to rethink their business practices because most customers are only going to put up with so much nonsense...

Hi @12andcounting I checked your order and it appears that it is at the point of being packaged so it should ship shortly. I am sorry for the delay.

gosh don't they have any internet to send each other e-mails?
@Anonymous QVC needs to shape up and or give a little discount or free shipping on these delayed shipping orders!!!! They think they have it all good because they think they have new customers everyday....BUT ,let me tell you and,"the powers that be"..........this will not last long in the "I want it NOW", of todays world!!!!
