SLOW returns!!

Does the Q send your returns by pony express?? I recieved a joan rivers watch that was defective..sent it back on the 26th & it hasnt left texas yet!! It is well past my return date now & I suppose they wont honor my return! Why do they have this company working for them if they cant do their job! That is just not right! Sorry had to vent! Wish I would have sent it by my own way instead of theirs!!
