SIGNING IN TO POST PROBLEM

Is anyone else getting re-directed to the EZ pay page after they enter their email and password in order to be able to post in the forums?

It used to be I'd just enter my PW and enter and be returned back to the topic I wanted to post to. Now instead of being returned I get forwarded over to an EZ pay page. Yet it looks like I can still post, I just have to manually get back to the forum topic,

Weird. Any one else having problems with this?

It took me several tries to be able to reply.

I don't know how to clear cookies, history, and I don't know what cache is. Is this difficult? Do I need to go into my files and history and start deleting things? Does it just pertain to my QVC history? Sorry, I'm just not up on all this.

It just started doing this over the past weekend, and I've not done anything unusual on my laptop. Thank you for your advice.

This link from Indiana University has instructions for clearing cache, cookies, and history depending on which browser you're using. I find just clearing the cache works for me. If that doesn't help I clear cookies next, and history last.

Thank you for this link. I use Firefox so I wrote down the instructions. I think I will have breakfast first as I anticipate some aggravation but maybe it will be easier than I think.
