SHOUT OUT TO CS

Just want to say that QVC has by far the BEST Customer Service. I have had numerous issues and Customer Service has come through each time. Well, occasionally I have had to take it to higher ups because it was beyond the control of the CS. All in all they are doing a fabulous job and I wish them all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS (and a Great big FAT bonus lol). Tough job to deal with mankind and then add stress of the holidays in there.
