yes... the non removable hood was the game changer for me as well..... HATE HOODS.

Yes, it looks more like a windbreaker--no lining??--than a jacket.  Got a similar one on HSN a few years ago for $20.  No need for another.

Me too!!  Anything with a hood is a no buy for me.  And  I don't like anoraks either...so I will pass!!
