S/H Refund

I'm returning a ring that I purchased in Sept. because the Diamonique stones are falling out. When I printed my return label & return info. sheet the screen advised me that I won't be refunded s/h due to the length of time since the order. I feel that I should get the s/h credited back to me since the stones are falling out! GRRR!
