@qbetzforreal - It's possible you're on the right track, but I think we still need the OP to clarify her intent; I don't see anything on the landing page for your link that involves a hanging teabag tag, and the image on the Q homepage doesn't have one, either.

With the OP's comment about the "teabag tag hanging over the side", all I could think of was Minnie Pearl's hat, LOL!
