She sure did to hush him!!! I think it’s great that David seems to let things slip little by little. You can tell Lisa looked very uncomfortable. Did you hear David mention he’s had to clean A LOT of jewelry lately?? Hmmm.....

She is getting a boatload of returns. Her ego is backfiring on her big time!

And yes, what happened to the spiel “every piece that is returned is then sent out to a reputable jeweler to clean it up and fix”. Don’t hear that garbage anymore unless David is this supposed jeweler. Lol

That jewelry cleaner she is promoting is definitely going to backfire on her. Now she’ll have several customers race out to buy it only for them soon to discover it eventually corrodes your jewelry. Lisa better hang on tight because she’s climbing a slippery slope. This living room business won’t make the long haul that’s for sure.

Did anyone read the comments from customers who asked Lisa to sell this cleaner??? SMH!! Do they realize she would charge triple for it but the more glaring question is why would anyone buy from her when it’s readily available for dirt cheap at other online stores. I don’t understand how she whips some of them into such a frenzy that they can’t see past her manipulation.

Many of these comments seem unfair. They should be brought up with Lisa and her company instead of on another forum.  The comments are nasty, and I would hope you could get your frustrations out in another venue.

@prisrob. Lisa doesn’t allow it.

@prisrob
These issues have been brought up to Lisa and her "company". She deletes the comments and blocks people when they post on her page. Her "company" never responds to customer emails. People are paying money and gettting ripped off and ignored.

You may find our comments "nasty" as is your right, however, we are writing the truth of what has happened. We are getting information out there because people with legitimate complaints are being silenced and they are made to feel as though they are the only ones with a problem.

Your attempt at censorship is interesting. I will continue to post where I please.

Re: Ruh-Roh. Trouble in LR Land.

She is recommending that customers use a product known to cause cancer to remove the tarnish from her jewelry.

No.  Lisa did a video for the world to see.  Got an issue?  Contact her.

She waited WEEKS to do something about the complaints that were on her PUBLIC social media and what did she do?

Blamed everyone and everything except herself.

Switch it up.  Replace Lisa with QVC.  Would you take that treatment from QVC?

I highly doubt it.

Threads like this always bring out the Lisa nay-sayers from way back, who just can't seem to let it go... Whatever... As for silver and tarnish, among the pieces I have that have tarnished most are two very pricey pieces bought right here from one of QVC's 'designer' jewelry labels... No big deal. I cleaned them with silver cleaner and they look fine... Not sure that tarnish absolutely has to do with inferior quality but shining up a piece of tarnished silver is really not a big deal...

@stevieb

We have an artisan jeweler here, factory in the hill country, he works primarily in silver and does some 14k gold too.  Very nice quality.  They are sold in boxes and come in an anti-tarnish pouch.  If I dont put the jewelry back in the pouch and leave it out on my dresser in a container it will tarnish and I just take a polishing cloth I bought from them....give the jewelry a couple of swipes-- as good as new!

What I've had problems with is gold clad earrings purchased from QVC....on one pair the snap bar broke and another pair tarnished---I threw this junk away...wasn't cheap either...I dont trust QVCs jewelry any more...and one vendor from an Italian factory the earring was so light weight and flimsy....maybe LR should explore other manufacturers/factories than her QVC ties....

        David sure does get in trouble if he gets too close with the camera. In the video he actually says this. It is when he is trying to get a close up of some rings. LR put her hands away from her face so he wouldn't do a close up of her. Once when he had the camera, she said something to him like " Hey, I am not twenty."

She'd better be nice to David.  He appears to be the only "employee" she has left.
